Introduction<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This policy explains what personal data we collect through the website <a href=\"https:\/\/metaling-jajce.com\">https:\/\/metaling-jajce.com<\/a>, for what purpose we process it, on what legal basis, to whom we disclose it, and what rights you have regarding your data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Processing is carried out in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of BiH, No. 12\/25) and with the principles of the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Data Controller<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The controller of personal data is <strong>Metaling Jajce d.o.o.<\/strong>, with the details listed at the top of this policy. What data we collect and why<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.1 Contact form data<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you send us a message via the contact form, we collect the data you enter yourself (full name, email address, phone number, message content), together with the date and time of submission and the IP address from which the message was sent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Purpose:<\/strong> receiving and processing your inquiry and responding to it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> taking steps at your request prior to entering into a possible contract, i.e. our legitimate interest in responding to a business inquiry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Retention period:<\/strong> we keep the data for as long as necessary to process the inquiry and conduct business communication, and for no longer than [e.g. 2 years] from the last contact, after which it is deleted, unless the inquiry results in a contractual relationship subject to statutory retention periods.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.2 Technical visit data<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you visit the site, certain technical data is processed automatically (IP address, browser and device type, pages visited), necessary for the secure and correct operation of the site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Purpose:<\/strong> security, stability and correct operation of the website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> our legitimate interest in the security and functionality of the site.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.3 Analytics data<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With your consent, we use Google Analytics to measure traffic and improve the site (see section 5).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> your consent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Third parties and data transfers outside BiH<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To operate the site we use services provided by <strong>Google<\/strong> (Google Ireland Ltd. \/ Google LLC). By using these services, certain data (including your IP address) may be transferred to and processed on servers outside Bosnia and Herzegovina, including the United States. Google carries out these transfers on the basis of standard contractual clauses and appropriate safeguards. Cookies and related technologies<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A cookie is a small file that the site stores in your browser to remember certain information. On your first visit, we display a cookie notice in which you can accept or reject non-essential categories. These cookies record data such as the number of visits, traffic sources and on-site behaviour in anonymised form. For this purpose, reCAPTCHA analyses user behaviour and may collect data such as your IP address and interactions on the site. Google&#8217;s Privacy Policy (<a href=\"https:\/\/policies.google.com\/privacy\">https:\/\/policies.google.com\/privacy<\/a>) and Terms of Service (<a href=\"https:\/\/policies.google.com\/terms\">https:\/\/policies.google.com\/terms<\/a>) apply to this service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.4 Google Maps<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We use Google Maps to display our location. When the map loads, Google may collect data such as your IP address and device information. We load the map only after your consent. Your rights<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of BiH, you have the right to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>request <strong>access<\/strong> to your data and information about its processing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>request <strong>rectification<\/strong> of inaccurate or incomplete data;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>request <strong>erasure<\/strong> of your data (&#8220;right to be forgotten&#8221;) when it is no longer needed or when you withdraw consent;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>request <strong>restriction<\/strong> of processing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>request <strong>portability<\/strong> of your data in a structured, machine-readable format;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>object<\/strong> to processing based on legitimate interest;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>withdraw consent<\/strong> at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can send your request to <a href=\"mailto:info@metaling-jajce.com\">info@metaling-jajce.com<\/a>.
